He was acquitted because the prosecution did not do their homework and the police were sloppy in their investigation. There are so many incriminating evidences that will lead us to believed OJ Simpson is guilty of murder. I, perhaps is the only person in the world who believed that OJ has an Accomplish in the killing. WHY? Here's my theory - On the night of the killing, OJ was picked up by the Limousine driver Allan Parks at the precise time that OJ asked him to be in his house. I will not go into the detail of how long did the driver waited for OJ to come out from his house because my knowledge to this is limited to what I saw on TV. The fact of the matter, when the Limo car left the house with OJ on board going to the airport for his flight to chicago, the White Bronco of OJ was NOT yet parked in front of his house. No two object could stand in one place at the same time, so if the Limo car was standing right at the spot where the Bronco was found by the Police the morning after - "Who then could have parked this White Bronco of OJ in front of his house."? Use your imagination, OJ has an accomplish in committing the crime of murder. In fact, it is possible that this accomplish was actually his look-out man at the time of the murder. I have followed the trial on TV and it was so frustrating that the prosecution and the police never explored the theory of conspiracy. Life is short, so enjoy life while you can.

The point is he got off because he had the resources to get him off. If OJ had bullshit lawyers he would have fried even though LAPD and the DA fumbled the ball so to speak. They would have found something to make it stick. The man had money to buy some of the best lawyers to help manipulate the LAPD's and the DA's fuck ups to his advantage. That's the attorneys job and what they get paid for. Charles Manson should fry for his crimes, but his ass isn't. Our tax dollars are paying for him. I have no problem putting a man to death or making him serve time if it is proven with out a shadow of a doubt that he committed that crime. The woman years ago, last name of Smith I believe, who drove her kids into a lake and accused a black male of carjacking and kiddnapping her kids is serving time, but she should be put to death. She should have been woman enough to take care of her kids or put them up for adoption before taking their lives. Just imagine if she picked a black male out of a line up and he is put in prison for a crime that he did not commit (which happens quite often), that would be travesty. The justice system is made to protect whoever has resources to put on the best front which is not right, but that seems to be the course of things. The only time it seem to be fair is when it's either an open and shut case or if it's two broke bastards trying to settle a dispute.

There were so many pieces of evidence that jury never got to see. His being acquitted was a travesty. And what makes me wonder even more is that if he wasn't guilty why he has to pay the Brown/Goldman families millions of dollars. I think they should charge him in federal court for deprivation of civil rights (federal equivalent of murder charges) and to do him what he did to those two poor people and stab him to death.
