Known as the "Sweater Girl". A common misconception is that she was discovered in Schwab's Drugstore. However, she was not. She skipped class at Hollywood Hiigh School and went across Highland Ave to Top's Cafe where she was "discovered" by Billy Wilkerson, owner of theHollywood Reporter.
