you should forget about him. All you'll ever do is remember what he did. The best thing would be to just ignore him. The fact that he did something that hurt you so bad that you don't want anything to do with him anymore will drive him crazy. If you act like your happier w/out him (even if your not) he'll realize what he's lost.
