    1. Sure about that? Murder is illegal, as is, I believe, abuse of a corpse. With cannibalism, one and/or the other is typically involved.

    3. The precursor to the kilt (a cloak folded down at the waist) was always part of the Celtic culture and its parent cultures. The kilt was never exclusive to Scotland; they're also used in Ireland and a few other places. Same goes for the bagpipes.
