TEHRAN - An Iranian court ordered two teenagers to be flogged for dressing as girls to extort money from young men. The two 15-year-olds, were dressed as girls and wearing make up when arrested on a popular park promenade. The boys
claim they resorted to cross-dressing to get extra money from rich young men. The court sentenced the two teenagers to an unspecified number of lashes for "offending public decency."
