North Platte, Nebraska: Police arrested a 50 year old man they believe to be the "Big Bonnet" -- a serial exhibitionist that dresses in a big baby bonnet and exposes himself to local residents.
The arrest came approximately about 5AM after the police chased the suspect along the Platte River. They first noticed the man wearing an oversized baby bonnet and a bib walking in a local park. According to the police report, the man was nude from the chest down and was sucking on a baby bottle. He was arrested and released on a $1,000 bond.
The "Big Bonnet" first surfaced last summer when officers gave chase along the river after a complaint by a resident.
During that chase, the man dropped several items including an adult sized baby bonnet, an adult sized pink sock, a jug of milk, adult sized diapers, safety pins and a spanking board.
