pounds when she was dead on arrival at a hospital. Doctors report that under no circumstances was that a normal weight for a girl nearly 4 feet tall. The mother, Karen Kuffer, 50 was charged with neglect leading to the death of a child. Kuffer was worried that people would find out about Kay and she would lose her job at a doughnut shop. I say, an eye for an eye. Starve her for about one month. Then shackel her legs and arms to the wall. Put a plate of food in front of her just out of her reach. Tell her the only way to get to the food is to bite through her hands and feet to get to it. Then have a sniper watching her and as she gets close to the food shoot her in various places making it impossible to get to the food. Keep this up until she bleeds to death.
