if you wanted to kill little kids or were already a serial murderer of children, let's say 10 year old boys whom you tied up, sodomized, and then strangled to death, like the "ABC killer" serial murderer in Africa, you could wear a Barney costume, get into a children's center/school/orphanage and lure your potential victims...heh
