In April 1998, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Scott Milanovich was arrested on a DUI charge in Pinellas Park, Fla. Police said his blood-alcohol level at the time of his arrest was 0.135. Initially, Milanovich pleaded not guilty. But, on June 30, 1998, there was a change of pleato no contest, and he was fined $550, placed on one-year probation and ordered to perform 50 hours' community service.
