Man Dies from Busted Condom

MIAMI - A 59-year-old Colombian man died Wednesday after one of the 80 heroin filled condoms he tried to smuggle into the U.S. by ingesting them burst and stopped his heart. The man checked himself into Miami´s Mercy Hospital complaining of chest pains. X-rays revealed an abundance of oblong-shaped pellets in his stomach. Seven hours later, doctors performed surgery after one of the latex pellets burst, causing the man´s heart to convulse. The condoms, containing 1.5 pounds of heroin with a street value of $60,000, are now in police custody.
