You've seen them... Those horrific modifications people make to their cars in an effort to make them look better, but that just leave you asking "WHY?!?"
Ricecop.com is dedicated to ticketing and photographing all offenders and putting them on public display. These offenders, commonly known as "ricers," often modify their vehicles by covering them with various stickers, adding excessively large spoilers or insanely large exhaust tips.
If you've just made your car a garish spectacle of some sort, true performance enhancing modifications or not, expect a ticket if there is a ricecop in your area.
