Anna Nicole Smith, the recently deceased former Playboy centerfold who married an octogenarian billionaire and waged a legal battle for his fortune all the way to the Supreme Court, was arrested in 1989 in Houston, Texas for driving under the influence.
After years of being compared to Marilyn Monroe in similar notorius life styles and physical appearance likeness, Smith died on Feb. 8 2007 after collapsing at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida at age 39.
